The Oracle Enterprise 12C database has been chosen as the technology platform, and has been integrated with the E3 Business Performance Management Platform Commercial Profitability application. Dialog Sistemi provides the Company with complete outsourcing infrastructure management as well as application and reporting tools.

In particular, the Data warehouse manages the data collection from pharmacies relating to daily sales and purchases; the calculation of the sales costs; the acquisition of personal data on products and pharmacies; the database containing roughly 2 billion lines of receipts.

Local users, thanks to the interactive navigation tools offered by E3 Suite, use the data obtained to support the process of improving the proposal. At the same time, every month pharmacies are provided with commercial reports that enable them to quickly identify product gaps and product opportunities.
