HOTLINE An internal team of technicians will provide unlimited and free help desk telephone support through all available media (even via fax, e-mail and Internet).
REMOTE ASSISTANCE Dialog Sistemi technicians will guarantee a remote assistance service with online connection to the customer’s system for any kind of information, suggestions or online removal of anomalies or errors.
CALL CENTER A call center to track errors and system breakdowns will assist you to ensure timely issue resolutions. The cases reported and their resolution will be memorized in the data warehouse system so to be available for the entire structure. Customers will be asked to provide suggestions to help improve the solutions.
UPDATE A report will be sent periodically, including suggestions and bug reports and also patches to fix the problems. If you have a maintenance contract you will also receive updates for free.
