This is the direction that was taken for the release of a software module integrated into the E3 platform, entirely dedicated to the customer analysis. On a more general level, sales networks in both the distribution and industrial sectors were completed in December 2008.

The module business performance management software with very few parameters allows the user to: 

  • classify customers (new, ongoing, lost)
  • segregate customers by cost and frequency thresholds
  • segment customers by user-defined indicators (% profit margin, the share of a given product/market class, etc.) – calculate the distribution in deciles, quintiles, etc.

Integrating the business performance management solutions already available in E3, the module offers a targeted, widely customizable reporting base and is aims towards companies that want to monitor their customer/consumer base more deeply and undertake targeted marketing actions.
